If you aren’t happy with your new stuff then we aren’t happy either!

And we would be happy to help you fix the issue. We stand by the quality of our products and want our customers to be a 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to exchange or return a product you bought on our site, please email us and we’ll do what we can to make it right!

Need to make a return?

We’re sorry to see this happen, but we understand it happens. If your item was delivered the wrong size, wrong color, or defective and you need to make a return or exchange, please send us an email with your order information, photos of the incorrect product and details about the reason for your exchange. We will review your email and photos and provide you with a new replacement shirt of equal value or a store credit of equal value if eligible.*

Terms & Conditions

Our return policy is available within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in the same condition that you receive it. This includes having not been worn, washed and/or damaged. Any item requested for return or exchange more than 30 days after delivery or damaged for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer or our printing partners.

*After we receive and review your email request, if eligible, your refund or exchange will be processed. Returns and exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed, once received and approved. Refunds will apply to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement. For exchanges your replacement product will be sent to the address used at the time of purchase. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, we will let you know immediately and you can request a variation of the same product, a different product of equal value, or an online store credit of equal value. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for exchanges is covered in the exchange.

Package Delivery and Lost Packages

If your local postal service marked your parcel as ‘delivered’ but you do not physically have your parcel yet, we will do what we can to help resolve the issue. YaJuYe Tee’s is not liable to refund or resend your order again.
